Flex vs one-time — what's the difference?
Both get you the exact same physical tag and live profile. Flex costs nothing upfront — one plan from £10.99/month covers every tag in your order (the more tags, the less each one costs) and includes every advanced feature as we roll it out. Cancel anytime online in a couple of clicks (here's exactly how) — no fees, no phone calls, no further charges.
One-timemeans you pay once and never again — everything the tag does today is yours forever. The advanced features rolling out soon are Flex-only, though, so if you want those (or just don't fancy paying upfront), Flex is the one we'd pick.
Personalisation & design
Every tag is 3D-printed to order exactly as you design it — pick from 13 colours and 15 shapes, and we print your pet's name large with their unique tag code underneath, NFC chip sealed inside. Nothing to charge, nothing to wear off. Dog tags are 32 mm across; cat tags are a lighter 25 mm, sized for narrower safety collars. Collars, rings and more ways to wear WiseTag are on the way.
Delivery & returns
Printed to order and shipped from the UK — allow 2–3 working days before dispatch, then free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day, tracked). Your activation code arrives by email straight after checkout, so the profile can be live before the tag is. 14-day returns, no questions asked — and if a tag ever arrives faulty or stops working, we replace it free and cover the return postage.
Works with every phone
One tap opens the profile on any NFC phone — iPhone and Android, no app to install. Older phone? The code printed on the tag opens the same profile via found-a-tag.
