Who can see my pet's profile?
Anyone who scans the tag — that's the whole point when your pet is lost. But you're in complete control: switch Call, Text and Save on or off, and hide your phone number or home address entirely if you prefer.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your details are protected, profiles are never indexed by search engines, and a finder only ever sees the fields you've chosen to show. Nothing is public beyond the tag.
Do I — or the finder — need an app?
Never. The profile opens in any phone's browser the moment the tag is tapped, and you manage everything from your normal web dashboard. Nothing to download on either side.
How do I update my pet's details?
Log in, edit, save — done. Your tag always points to the latest version, so a new number, vet or reward is live instantly with no reordering.
How many contacts can I add?
As many as you need. Add a partner, a neighbour, your vet and a backup number — far more than you could ever engrave on a metal tag.
What does it cost?
