Who gets the alert?
Only WiseTag owners who have switched on neighbourhood alerts and are within the radius you choose. It's opt-in on both sides — you decide whether to receive them, and they never see who you are beyond your pet's public profile.
Does anyone see my home address?
No. We only ever share an approximate area — never your exact location, and never your phone number. Neighbours respond through a protected link, exactly like the “found my pet” flow.
Do I need to install an app?
Never. Alerts arrive by email and everything happens in your normal web browser — the same as the rest of WiseTag. There's nothing for your neighbours to install either.
How much does it cost?
Nothing extra. Neighbourhood alerts are included free with every WiseTag — the bigger the community, the more eyes there are to help bring pets home.
